The respect for your privacy and the management, protection and security of your personal data are a priority for us.  Our company ‘’POCKEE’’ has adopted this Privacy Policy, with the purpose to inform you as visitors that navigate our website https://www.pockeesuite.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website“) and make use of the services provided therein and make any general use of the services, features and functions of the Website or any other use thereof (hereinafter “User“, “you“, “your“).

The information contained in this Privacy Policy is provided pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation of 27 April 2016 n. 679 (“Regulations”), under the applicable provisions of the law, for the protection of personal data as per the Guidelines set out by the European authorities.

The information related to the processing of data concerns only the user activity on the Website, and does not extend to the processing operations performed by third parties of other sites the User may visit via links.

3. Methods Of Data Processing

​

The Company processes User data by adopting all appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access and the disclosure, modification or destruction of unauthorized data. The processing is carried out with both manual and computerized tools and is strictly limited to the purposes indicated.

Your personal data includes any information that allows, either alone or in combination with others, for your unique identification, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679 or the General Regulation), the applicable Greek law and the decisions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA).

We process your personal data when you navigate into the Website, when you communicate with our company through the contact or book a demo form available on the Website, or otherwise, when we collect various types of personal data for you.

4. Purposes Of Data Processing And Legal Basis Of Processing

a. Contact the Company or Book a Demo with the Company. The Company offers the User the ability to communicate with the Company, and to send requests for information on the Company’s activities, initiatives and services. In this regard, the personal data provided by the User (e.g. email address, telephone number and / or other information provided by the User) will be processed by the Company, in order for the company to grant the User’s request. The granting of the User’s request exhibits the legal basis of the processing, since the company cannot grant the User’s request without the User’s voluntary provision of personal data.

b. Access to free reports. The Company offers the User the ability to download its research reports, after filling in the relevant form. Again, the granting of the User’s request exhibits the legal basis of the processing, since the company cannot grant the User’s request without the User’s voluntary provision of personal data.

c. Marketing objectives of Pockee services. The Company sends out information about its services. By providing their data to download reports, the user is recorded in the Company database as a subject interested in Company services. Information sent to the User by the Company will be in line with the User’s requests. The User can unsubscribe by clicking on “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the emails sent by the Company. The legal basis of the processing is exhibited by the Company deeming the User to have shown genuine interest in the Company’s services.

5. Categories Of Data Processed

The Company receives and collects, through the Website, information related to the User visiting the Website. In particular, the Company acquires and processes the following information:

5.1 Data collected through navigation and through cookies: When the User visits the Website, certain data is collected, such as the pages viewed, the links or buttons clicked, the date and time of access, the IP address of the User, and the internet browser and the operating system being used (so-called “browsing data”).

This navigation data, along with data held by third parties, could by its very nature allow the user to be identified. However, the Company uses this data for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical and anonymous information on the use of the Website, which may then be used to help with the maintenance of the Site. The navigation data could also be used to ascertain responsibility in cases of computer crimes carried out against the Website.

6. Data Retention

The data is processed only for the time necessary to carry out the activities indicated in paragraph 3 above.

In particular, the Company will delete the personal data of the User who has requested it be deleted by writing to support@pockee.com. In the absence of such a request, the Company will:

– delete the data collected for marketing purposes 12 months after the request to unsubscribe;

– delete the data of Users who connect to the Website to use purchased services after 24 months of inactivity.

7. Rights Of The User And Contacts

The user can exercise his/her rights using our company’s contact details. In particular, the User  can exercise (where appropriate and subject to the conditions set out in the General Regulation): the right of access (Article 15), the right of rectification (Article 16), the right of erasure (Article 17), the right to restriction of processing  (Article 18), the right to data portability (Article 20), the right to object (Article 21), the right to human intervention in automated individual decision-making, including profiling (Article 22).

These rights can be exercised directly by sending a request to the following email address: support@pockee.com. Our goal is to respond to any valid requests within one (1) month after receiving them, unless it is particularly complex or you have made several requests. We will let you know if we are going to need more than one (1) month for the reasons listed above.

User also has the right of complain to his/her local Supervisory Authority about the processing of his/her personal data after first contacting us to find a solution to any of your problems. 8. Data securement

8.1.  Our company implements all necessary security measures for the protection and safeguard of User’s personal data from accidental or unauthorized destruction / loss / tampering, prohibited transmission or access and any other form of improper processing

8.2. The information User provide to our company is processed exclusively by specifically authorized personnel under our company’s control and instructions, as well as the recipients of the personal data when necessary.

9. Applicable Law

Any dispute arising out of the use of this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
